"RAM block" is a system of universal metal enclosures – welded and assembled, as well as control stands. Automation, monitoring, control, and relay protection equipment is placed within the internal space of the cabinets. The cabinets reliably protect the devices placed inside from external influences. The enclosures are made of durable steel with a thickness of 1.2 – 1.5 mm. This allows for the placement of heavy equipment inside and provides an impact protection rating of IK 10. The doors are made of metal with a thickness of 1.5 – 2 mm. The inner side of the door is coated with foamed polyurethane, which improves sealing quality. Locks are used to protect against unauthorized access to the equipment. By default, most doors are fitted with key cylinders with a 3 mm double-bit key, but other locks can be installed upon special order: triangular key, FIAT type key, square key, universal key, and individual key.
