Gas nail gun is designed for rapid installation of fasteners into concrete surfaces, brickwork, and rolled metal products. The tool has an impact force of 100 J, allowing it to drive nails with a length of 15 to 40 mm and a diameter of 2.7 to 3.05 mm. Magazine capacity is 30 nails. One gas cartridge is sufficient for 1100 nails. The length of the cartridge excluding the plastic valve is 165 mm. Modern hardening technologies are used in production. Nozzle hardness is 52 HRC, which reduces wear and contributes to stable, reliable, and long-term tool operation. Striker hardness is 62 HRC. To increase tool service life, high-quality Japanese components are used in the electric motor. Cylinders (combustion chamber) are made of cast aluminum. Surface processing of the cylinders is carried out on CNC machines, which contributes to higher precision processing of all parts and reduction of defects. The kit includes 3 quick-release nozzles for working with various fasteners.
